The five rules underneath all of it
- Hem at mid-fly. Around 29 inches shoulder to hem. Past the seat and the legs disappear.
- Warm beats cool near the face. Ivory over optic white, camel over grey, espresso over black.
- Never one value head to toe. Light top over dark bottom, or the reverse. Not dark over dark.
- Fit the thigh, tailor the waist. Never size up a whole pant to fit one part of it.
- Clean shoes or none of it works. White leather earns its keep only while it is actually white.
